Illusion, Pequeno Alpamayo, Huyana Potosi

We start with Illusion (16,897ft/5150m) for acclimatizing, and then we move on to Pequeno Alpamayo (17,482ft/5330m). Alpamayo is a majestic mountain offering steep and fluted faces or a long route along one of its ridges. Both these beauties will prepare us for Huyana Potosi (19,996ft/6090m), an exposed and proud summit. Weather and time permitting, we might just have a go at Illimani (21,293ft/6490m), the highest plum to be picked in the Real!
