Fully Customized Group & Private Guided Trips:
Colorado's Playground

We’re lucky to call Colorado home and we take full advantage of our mountains! Join us for our wide range of courses in everything from rock to ice climbing, as well as our gold-standard avalanche courses. Contact us today to plan the trip of a lifetime with one of our guides.

In addition, we've packaged some of our most popular trips, saving you money and research.

Ouray Ice Park

Home of the world renowned “Ice Fest” (which takes place just before this trip on January 12-14) the Ouray Ice Park and the immediate surrounding area offers something for everyone: novice level topropes to hard multi pitch mixed climbs.

Whether you want to get started, improve your skills or discover new places with a guide, this trip to Ouray will allow you to just do that-and more: attend the Ice Fest to watch international athletes compete in difficulty and speed contests, demo the latest toys from the many manufacturers for free, and enjoy a relaxing soak in one of the many hot tubs in town!

Extreme Ski and Snowboard Mountaineering

Come join us in the spring, when the dangerous Colorado winter snowpack stabilizes and get on some of the rowdiest terrain in the Lower 48. We’ll spend one day reviewing avalanche safety and rescue before venturing onto terrain that's guaranteed to challenge your skills! Extended tours in the backcountry are the norm, so excellent fitness and skill are prerequisites for these days.

The Flatirons

Towering over Boulder, the Flatirons are one of Colorado's familiar landmarks. We can tackle the varied climbing of the First (5.7) or cruise the longest rock route in Boulder: the east face of the Third (5.4). No prior climbing experience is necessary--just enthusiasm and the willingness to begin learning how to climb.

Colorado 14ners

With 56 14ers to choose from, it’s important to get on the best! We’ll spend a week getting you up four of Colorado’s most beautiful summits on a variety of routes, depending on your preferences and the conditions. Steep faces, smooth slabs, steep snow or ice and mixed routes--it’s all up there waiting for you.
